Nezlo invited me as an author for his blog a couple weeks ago, but I was too lazy to sign up, so I decided to finally sign up and register. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Caler. I've been playing Endless Online since 2005, and it is my first MMORPG I've ever played. I've met great friends, learned how to pixel from Endless, and created a great history. I never thought I'd be one of the lucky ones to be an author on here, so it's appreciated. It's a pleasure to be here with you guys, so I hope I won't be much of a hassle to take care of.
Since this is my first topic, I'd like to start off with a subject.
November 2nd, 2009, will be my 6 year anniversary with my girlfriend. We've both been together since 7th grade, and now it's our Senior year together; it may sound funny that we started to date at a young age, but hey, we were young and didn't think right. For the past 5 years, I've been getting my girlfriend jewelry, since it's hard to shop for girls. I want to get her something special this year, something different, unique. What are you guys suggestions?

Here's something I did...
My wife spotted this floating heart pendant in a jewelry shop and said she just had to have it. Well, I upped it and went to a goldsmith and had them make one unique with her birthstone on it. She treasured it and still does.
Awe, that's sweat. I was going to buy her a jewelry box, because she keeps loosing the jewelry I get her. We both thought it would of been funny. Although, she hasn't spotted anything out she was interested in, so I guess I have to think deep in my heart.
First off, Congrats on the soon to be 6 years, Very hard to do especially at your age.
On to the gift part, Well from my experience, Different type of females like different types of gifts, However, Most I have known always loved it when I made them something and then bought a little something to go along with it.
Like for example, I would make a homemade gift basket, Then buy her favorite flowers and candy to put in it. When I made the basket though, I would make sure it could hold up for years and years for memories sake.
Of course there are many many things you can do for her, Another thing that comes to mind is an engraved gift of some type, I think everyone loves engravings from that special someone.
Or hell, You could do all the above lol.
Sounds great! My girlfriend has kept every petal from flowers I've gave her. She didn't tell me until this Summer, and I thought it was the sweetest thing she did. She kept all the petals in a vase, so every time she looks at it, she keeps me in mind.

I think that you should take her to someplace special,not like going to the movies..i mean like once in a life time chance,special place.
